We understand it is difficult to determine how a product is going to fit when looking at it on a computer screen or mobile device, because of this we have tried to make our return policy as easy as possible. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, you can return unused items in new condition within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

 

Limitations & Exceptions

 

The following items are not returnable.

 

  • Jocks & Undergarments - health reasons
  • Mouth Guards - hygienic reasons
  • Used Product - up to our discretion to confirm if an item has been used
  • Special Orders, Custom Orders and Team Orders
  • Customized Product - including jerseys
  • Daily Deals - items ending in $0.98

 

 

Return Procedure

 

All products being sent back must be in new condition, have all applicable tags and include all manufacturer paperwork (warranty cards). UPC or Serial Numbers must be clearly visible as Les Boys Sports Excellence will need to match these tracked numbers to your customer profile for verification.

 

Once the parcel is received we will refund you in full minus any shipping costs that may have incurred.

 

 

Shipping Fees

 

Les Boys Sports Excellence does not cover any return shipping fees, even on defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects as we do not manufacture the products we carry

Payment Options

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. All orders are subject to our verification process to authorize valid payment. In order to prevent fraudulent activity we must verify all "Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses. Please make sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number that corresponds with the credit card or PayPal account you are using. All orders placed via PayPal must be shipped to the confirmed PayPal shipping address.  An error in the information submitted my cause a delay in the shipment or may have your order cancelled outright.

 

We do not accept Wire Transfers, Money Orders, cash in the mail or ship COD.

 

 

Shipping Options

 

Purolator Ground - This is the first choice and our recommended option for the bulk of our customers. Purolator has more shipping facilities and regional centres than any other freight and parcel solution provider in Canada, so this is the fastest and most reliable option if you are located in a major city. All Purolator parcel deliver within ten (10) business days within Canada. For a more accurate date on when a parcel will arrive to your specific province please see Delivery Estimates below.

 

Oversized Charges - Select products online do have oversized charges due to the size and / or weight of the item. These items such as Sticks, Leg Pads and Wheel Bags have the oversized charge clearly marked on them before you add the item to "Your Bag".  

 

 

Shipping Costs

 

We don’t over charge our customers, estimate or round up. You are taking advantage of the discounted rates of not only Les Boys Sports Excellence, but the entire Sports Excellence buying group. We ship tens of thousands of parcels a year and leverage this against all parcel services companies to get the best possible rates.

 

 

Order Changes and Cancelations

 

 

We strive to have all orders shipped out on the next business day. Due to this we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed.  Please double check all information is correct before placing your order.

Once an order has been cancelled we are unable to reinstate the order. It is recommended that you replace the order online.

 

 

Shipping Address Change

 

Once an order has been processed we are unable to change or edit a shipping address. You may cancel the order provided it has not shipped and replace the order online.

 

 

Undeliverable Shipments

 

If an order is deemed "Undeliverable" my Purolator or Canada Post it will be taken to the pick up facility and will remain there for 5 business days.
